When a family member's life is limited, whether by chronic illnesses or advancing age, the physical, emotional and spiritual demands of the patient on the family can be overwhelming.  At Covenant Hospice and Palliative Care, we are fully aware that the patient we care for is someone's parent, child or other loved one.  On their behalf, our most important goal is to assist the patients and their families who often are tempted to give up hope, and help our patients live with quality and dignity in this significant stage of their lives.
