Creating Covenant Care Hospice and Palliative Care became a priority for us when we realized the value of a family owned and professionally led company emphasizing compassion and comfort for end-of-life care of a loved one.  We recognized a need for a more intimate and sincere relationship between the patient, caregivers and hospice personnel.  The staff and selfless volunteers of Covenant Care are committed to fulfilling the principle of "tender loving care", a promise which we hold sacred.  We encourage and facilitate each patient to live their daily life to its maximum.  The caregiver is also given support and aid in enhancing the end-of-life experience for their loved one.  We will walk with you on this journey every step of the way - this is our Covenant with you.
